大庆华理生物技术股份有限公司成立于2009年，注册资本6000万元，是一家以生物技术为核心，通过发酵方式获得生物制品，集研发、生产、销售和服务于一体的高新技术企业、国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业。现有员工180余人，富有开拓精神和创业热情。建有生物制造工程实验室、发展与技术研究中心和现代化菌种库，保藏10大类功能菌种共1000余株。建有2个厂区，铁人园区发酵液产能7万吨/年；宏伟园区脂肽表面活性剂产能10万吨/年，营养液、菌液和微生物肥料产能4.8万吨/年。

公司拥有一支40人、专业齐全的研发团队，博士及硕士学位人员占比40%。建有“黑龙江省生物采油工程研究中心”，“生物采油教育部工程研究中心”（与华东理工大学共建）、“黑龙江省中试熟化平台”、“黑龙江省企业技术中心”、“大庆市高效绿色采油剂开发重点实验室”等研发平台，2022年获批设立博士后科研工作站。主持“十二五”国家“863”计划项目课题“生物表面活性剂与驱油工艺研究”，成功实现了脂肽生物表面活性剂工业化生产与应用；参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目课题“新型芳基脂肪酰胺叔胺类表面活性剂制备技术”，成功实现了千吨级生物基表面活性剂开发应用示范；主持黑龙江省重点研发计划课题“新型韦兰胶工业化生产工艺开发与应用研究”（2022-2025，在研）、“压裂用生物酶破胶剂开发及应用示范”（2024-2027，在研）；参与“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目“油田采油生物制剂研发及应用”项目课题（2022-2026，在研）。2022年以来累计投入研发经费3300万元，占公司业务收入的5.8%，有力支撑了公司科技创新工作及可持续发展。

在油田板块，目前拥有脂肽生物表面活性剂工业化发酵生产技术、生物-化学三元复合驱体系构建及注入技术、低渗透油藏原油开采技术、微生物采油技术等4项核心技术。经过多年发展，产品与服务已成功进入大庆油田、吐哈油田、青海油田、长庆油田、江苏油田等国内多个大中型油田。先后荣获黑龙江省科学技术三等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果一等奖等。

在农业板块，公司积极开发拓展。利用成熟的微生物功能菌，融合独特的脂肽产品，开发出了生物有机肥、微生物菌剂、有机物料腐熟剂、脂肽型含氨基酸水溶肥、复合生物有机肥等11种优质产品。“金鼎田”系列产品已经获得有机农产品生产投入认证，进入北大荒集团采购目录，销往北大荒集团及省内外多个地区。

目前，公司拥有4家全资子公司、2家分公司和1家控股公司，营业收入超2亿元，进入跨越式发展阶段。2022年，入选黑龙江省生物经济20强、黑龙江省高新技术企业50强，近年连续获评为大庆市经济/创新突出贡献奖。

Daqing Huali Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (DQHL for short) was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 60 million RMB yuan. It is an innovative high-tech enterprise specializing in biotechnology, bio-products through fermentation. The company integrates R&D, production, sales, and technical services, and is recognized as a national-level key small and innovative enterprise. Currently, its employs are over 180 individuals with spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial drive. It has established state-of-the-art facilities including a biomanufacturing engineering laboratory, a development and technology research center, and a modern strain repository containing over 1,000 strains of functional microorganisms. DQHL operates two production sites, with a capacity of 70,000 tons per year for fermentation broth in the Tie Ren Park, and 100,000 tons per annum for lipid-peptide surfactants broth in the Hongwei Park, along with 48,000 tons per year of nutrient solutions, microbial liquid, and microbial fertilizers.

DQHL has a research and development team of 40 people with comprehensive expertise, doctoral and master's degrees accounting for 40%. A series of R & D platforms have been approved such as the "Engineering Research Center on MEOR, Heilongjiang Province," the "Engineering Research Center for MEOR, Ministry of Education" (jointly constructed with East China University of Science and Technology), the " Pilot Scale and Curing Platform, Heilongjiang Province", the "Enterprise technology center, Heilongjiang Province”, and the "Key laboratory for the development of highly efficient and green oil extractors, Daqing”. Also, the postdoctoral research workstation was established in 2022. DQHL has been in charge of the project "Study on Biosurfactant and the Relative Flooding Technology" of the National "863" Program of the 12th Five-year Plan and, as a result, the industrial production and application of lipopeptide surfactants have been successfully achieved. It participated in the 13th Five-Year Plan National Key Research and Development Program "Preparation Technique of Novel Aryl Aliphatic Amides Tertiary Amines Surface Active Agent," and consequently, the instruments for thousands ton of bio-based surface-active agent production have been developed and field test been conducted successfully. At present, the company is presiding over project on “research on the development and application of new industrial production processes for Velan gum” (in research) in Heilongjiang province (2022-2025), and “demonstrations on the development of bio-enzyme cracking agents for fracking” (2025-2028, in research). Meanwhile, DQHL participates in research project “the R & D and application of bioproducts for oil field extraction" of the 14th Five-Year National Research and Development Plan (2022-2026, in research). Since 2022, the total investment in R & D is 33 million RMB yuan, accounting for 5.8% of the company's business revenue, which strongly supports the company's scientific and technological innovation and sustainable development.

In the part of oilfield business, DQHL currently possesses four core technologies: the industrial fermentation production technique for lipopeptide biosurfactants, the construction and injection technique for bio-chemical complex flooding systems, the extraction technique for crude oil from low-permeability reservoirs, and microbial oil extraction technology. After years of development, these technologies, products have successfully been used in numerous large and medium-sized oilfields in China, including Daqing Oilfield, Tuha Oilfield, Qinghai Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, and Jiangsu Oilfield. The company has also won awards such as the Third Prize in Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province and the First Prize in Innovations of Industry-University-Research Cooperation in China.  

In the part of agriculture business, DQHL is actively developing and expanding its businesses. By leveraging mature microbial functional strains and integrating unique lipopeptide products, it has developed 11 high-quality products, including bio-organic fertilizers, microbial inoculants, organic material decomposers, lipopeptide-based amino acid water-soluble fertilizers, and composite bio-organic fertilizers. The "Jin Ding Tian" series of products has obtained organic agricultural production input certification entering the procurement catalog of the Beidahuang Group, and sold to the Beidahuang Group as well as various regions within and outside Heilongjiang province.

Currently, DQHL is in a phase of rapid growth operating with four wholly-owned subsidiaries, two branches, and one holding company, with annual revenue exceeding 200 million RMB yuan. In 2022, it was recognized as one of the top 20 companies in bio-economy and one of the top 50 high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
